In this way, companies increasingly seek to work in concert not only with customers, but also with their suppliers. The identification and selection of the best suppliers is, therefore, a key element for organizational success. Measuring the quality of the services provided by each of the suppliers becomes an indispensable element for both suppliers and their customers. This initiative aims to contribute to the identification, through an opinion survey, of the best suppliers in Portugal in the area of human resources.
